ANJA SCHLOTMAN

Anja found her love for jewelry design while working for a bead store on California’s Central Coast. The US has been her home since 1984. Born and raised in the Netherlands with a background in tourism and travel, she was very fortunate to be exposed to many different cultures, lots of museums and the performing arts. This continues to provide her with everlasting inspiration. She has been referred to as a Bead Jeweler and her work is often described in the following words; ‘Royal’, ‘Elegant’ & very ‘Intricate’. Anja has been teaching her bead-weaving classes in the US and Europe since 2008. Her motto: 'Go confidently in the direction of your dreams...'
